As ever, the staff are welcoming polite and professional. The waiting area is calming and comfortable and my dentist as gentle as she always is, making me feel relaxed for the entire process <8-)

My experience
I had my tooth extracted after it cracked a few weeks ago by Belinda. It has to be one of the worst dental experiences of my life. She pulled, pushed, cracked my tooth out in bits. Had me lying flat. Whilst she hacked away. Left 2 bits of my root in. Then really started to cause shooting pains. She stopped saying she might cause damage to my sinuses. Hadn’t finished the job. And is now sending me off to another practice to have the job finished!!! I feel like she butchered me!! I have been in immense pain ever since. It’s now 24 hours post the extraction. I haven’t eaten. I’ve bled all over my pillow. My gums are extremely sore. Never again! Worst dentist ever. I’ve been to Jenny before who is much more experienced and gentler. May even sue this surgery. Gonna have to make a claim for incompetence and causing such high levels of distress and pain. Plus I now have to go through the trauma again on this badly butchered injury she has caused. It’s not normal that I tell for an extraction to take place like she did.

My first visit as a very nervous patient. I was put at ease as soon as I met Simon and his assistant. They both explained everything and didn't make me feel silly for being scared. Both were very professional, kind and thorough. Highly recommend.

My experience
20 minute wait for scheduled appointment. Receptionist unable to calculate and give correct change when paying by cash. Chairs with arms in waiting area too low for less able or elderly patients. Checkup lasted two minutes, clearly keen to catch-up their time.
