Caring, considerate and supportive
I am very happy with the care I recieve from my hygienist.
She is very thorough and experienced.
She has supported me very well with gum care.
I have a few health issues and at all times she is caring, considerate and supportive.
I attend every 4 months,however, in the beginning it was every 3months.
Her skill has helped slow down my gum problems and help stabilise and maintain a better routine at home.
She is polite and makes me feel welcome.

Dental aspects of the visit were excellent...very efficient and excellent advice given, which I shall follow up.
Admin side poor. Had to complete my medical records because they had been lost. This was unprofessional and completely unnecessary; had back up records been kept by the business, there was absolutely no excuse for this. The questionnaire was repetitive and poorly thought through.
