I’m always treated with respect and care, which I appreciate as a nervous patient. Always 5* treatments.

Went in for a routine checkup. Was asked about any concerns and underlying conditions. Dentist explained everything before starting the procedure. Everything went well without any issues. Professional dentist and assistant.

Received excellent care with Nimra Mujahid today. She was brilliant at accommodating my young children and making the visit an enjoyable one for them. She also made sure I understood any issues with their teeth and showed me.

However, I have had a recurring issue with one of my teeth which has led me to make 2 additional appointments outside of my routine check ups. At my previous 3 appointments, I was told by Nimra Mujahid that the issue could not be dealt with on the NHS and was encouraged to have the issue dealt with privately. A few years ago, I was under the Birmingham Dental Hospital for this tooth and they told me if there were any changes, to be referred back. Despite explaining this, she told me that she wasn't able to refer me to the dental hospital. At my last appointment 3 months ago, I questioned her on this again and she said she would refer me if I could find out how to do it. I did this as soon as I had left my appointment and within half an hour of leaving the appointment, I rang Park Road and left a message with a receptionist with instructions directly from the dental hospital of how to refer a patient. The receptionist said she would pass this onto Nimra. At my appointment today, she told me that she hadn't done the referral but assured me she would do it today. I can't help but feel that the level of care I've received has been substandard in the hope that I would go privately.

Lovely reception, and great work by dentist

Simon has been my dentist for many years, he is exceptional, as is Naomi his nurse. They have always been kind to me! Simon and Naomi are amazing, I feel so lucky to have them. I had a filling today, absolutely no pain! They care very much as does the receptionist, Tracey, a great team altogether.

As always, Jennifer was attentive, kind, and VERY gentle. Have been a patient of this practice for more years than I care to remember, and have always enjoyed a first-class service from Simon, Jennifer and their staff.

A warm welcome from the staff on Reception, called in early for my appointment, good advice given about caring for my teeth, kindness shown due to my asthma. Although I can’t say I enjoy visiting the dentist, this was a very positive experience!
