First class treatment
The best Dentist we have ever had. Everyone is helpful, kind and understanding when patients are nervous. Jenni and Jane our Dentists are brilliant and are patient and kind. Tracy on Reception is lovely and goes out of her way to to fit you in if you you are an emergency. Kylie was so helpful and called me back very quickly
We would recommend them for the first class treatment and care you receive from everyone.

Friendly, professional care
Very good experience this morning at Park Road Dental Surgery. From making my appointment for a check up with Tracey, (Receptionist) to the treatment with Jane (Dentist) and her dental nurse (I didn’t get her name) I was treated with friendly, professional care.
Everywhere ; toilet, waiting room and surgery looked extremely clean also.

Appointment
It was my first ever appt at the dentist, let alone the hygienist. I let the hygienist know I was nervous and she reassured me. the cleaning was thorough, the nurse and hygienist were very polite and I was given good advice on my dental health.

Very anxious patient
I have a massive phobia of dentists from an early childhood experience, however, I visited Park Road Dental Practice for a check up and my fears were soon put at ease, I saw a dental nurse( Jenny) who soon put me at ease by talking step by step as to what she was doing during my treatment. From the moment I met the lovely receptionist to the dental nurse I definitely won't hesitate to go back, already recommended the practice

Replacement of a deep filling
I visited for a replacement of a deep filling. Getting an appointment was quick and easy and Jane’s usual reassuring manner and efficiency made the whole experience straightforward and comfortable.

Hygienist appointment
This was the best hygienist experience I have ever had. I was dreading it beforehand but the staff were so kind nda caring. Hopefully I will have the same Hygienist next time and I won't be quite so worried in future. Thank you.
