A relaxing atmosphere
The Hygienist and colleague are always friendly and professional. Everything is always explained before treatment is started. Care is always taken when doing the procedure and checking halfway through that I’m ok. It always feels like a relaxing atmosphere. Plus my teeth always look and feel amazing afterwards!

Have used these guys for the last several years, had some private treatment myself and regular NHS checks for the family. Very professional, warm and welcoming practice. Very highly recommended. We have seen Balinder, Jane and Nimra who have all been amazing, as are reception staff and assistants. Also very convenient location next to railway station (has plenty of parking too and on ground floor so easily accessible if you have limited mobility).

Too much appointmentt time spent on “education” talk. I felt patronised. I came for the cleaning not the lecture. I’m doing my best with my teeth, many don’t even go to get the cleaning done.

Excellent care and advice
As usual, excellent care and advice from Jenny. Although this was simply a routine check up, the tiny damage I had experienced since making the appointment was dealt with very satisfactorily. I only gave 4 stars because I struggled with lying flat. Having said that, Jenny stopped whenever necessary for me to recover.
