My experience
The dentist was very pleasant, gentle and understanding. She checked my teeth very quickly, which I thought was unusual, mostly she just looked. She said all was fine but when I got home and ate my lunch a small piece of tooth/filling fell out. Neither she nor I recognized it was loose and I have to return to have it fixed.

My experience
I was treated for fillings a few weeks ago and was then referred to a hygienist for a deep clean and asked what do I need to pay. I was advised to pay 73.50 and both treatments will be covered.
After a brief waiting period of 3 weeks I got seen by the hygienist who will not admit it but removed my fillings and acted as if nothing had happened. I said what has happened? she said it must have fallen out but this work could be fixed with another appointment. Not only did the hygienist remove my fillings I was asked to pay another 82.50 which I wasn't made aware of.
In all honesty, this seems like a shambles and being told incorrect information has made me cross. Very disappointed client.
