Always a pleasure to see Jane, her care is second to none.
However, I wasn't happy with the appointment system this time. My appointment time was 16.00 (on both email and text), but you'd moved it to 16.15 and not told me.
I had finished work early to make 16.00 so wasn't happy this time!
