I am a little confused on my bill total as been charged for bronze 20 minutes but I have no idea what that is because my routine PT exam is already on it so it looks like I have been charged twice.

Reassuring and relaxing

My dentist was lovely, very nice and explained everything as she went along. Couldn’t have been better.

My experience
The receptionists were polite and cheerful. The DSA was quiet and hard to hear but polite, I didn’t have time to fill in my history form so they let me finish it in the surgery before proceeding. The dentist was polite and explained things clearly, except for what felt like an impromptu scaling, which I assume is usual procedure but wasn’t expecting. The cleaning wasn’t as thorough as I’d have expected, still some hard deposits on the front lower teeth, not sure if that’s just how NHS treatment is nowadays or if she missed it! It’s not practical for me to make lots of return visits to see a hygienist so I don’t know what to do about it. I have to return for fillings, another 5 week wait, which is expected if frustrating. All in all not too bad for a person who has an anxiety disorder.
