The staff and my treatment was perfectly satisfactory….. but the Treatment is far far too expensive, how are people expected to pay for it, I found it difficult to afford.

My experience
My mouth was not xrayed as usually done. I was booked in for a check up and scale/polish. However after the check up and scale I was told the appointment was completed. I then asked about the polish and was told there was none left. Bear in mind I had told the dentist that it was my wedding 3 days from the booking. Additionally, disappointingly the appointment was one that had to be rescheduled twice before due to no fault of my own.
I was very disappointed that my teeth couldn’t be polished three days before my wedding. As part of the routine checkup.

Excellent service from start to finish , lovely welcome when you arrive and when you have treatment always explained and made to feel at ease, I've been at this practice for over 20 years , no issues and even when I've had root canal or tooth out always make sure your OK and explained before and after your treatment.

5 Star Service
I have been attending Park Road Dental Practice since it was at the previous premises and a few years there. I see Simon and have always been happy with the service I received - first class! He doesn’t try to do work that isn’t necessary and is always professional and personable which helps me relax as I can be quite nervous about dental work from previous bad experiences as a child.
My 12 year old granddaughter sees Jenny and despite having ADHD and Autism is always fine about going. Jenny has always taken an approach which has never caused any distress to her. My granddaughter is usually quite reactive when meeting professionals but that has never happened with Jenny.
