I have not seen Belinda previously but she was very pleasant and from the beginning explained everything that she was about to do . This continued throughout the whole of the treatment and I was so impressed that I requested her name at the reception desk.

Jenny came to my rescue
Jenny came to my rescue after my tooth cracked over the weekend. I was able to make an appointment when telephoning on Monday morning for 12.25 the same day. After being very concerned I was so relieved that she was able to rebuild the tooth. Jenny always takes away my worries and concerns and always discusses options and what is going to happen.

My new filling feels nice now.
I feel lucky that I did not have to wait long for a dental appointment.
The waiting room is quite nice, and I didn't worry too much about catching a virus from other people in the waiting room.
Dentist Nimra explained the treatment options well.
The dentist worked well with the dental nurse and inspired confidence that she would do good work.
The dentist appeared to be competent and caringly asked me about pain levels, which was reassuring.
My new filling feels nice now.

I have been attending this practice for the last 38 years and have to travel 50miles for the round trip - that should show the regard that I have for the dental services that they provide, I cannot see any better practice. Today, 8/07/24 was business as usual except that reception went an extra mile to help sort out a dental care plan. They deserve one big star not 5 little ones!

My experience
The visit was to discuss the repair of my dental plate with a tooth that had broken off. I was instructed to bring the plate to the practice the next morning at 9am, and then collect it the day following at same time. This worked well, though I was surprised that the dentist did not want to check that the repair had resulted in a comfortable refit.
