I have a real fear of dentists, but from the time you walk in, book in by the friendly reception staff and then called into the treatment room, my stress levels are already coming down. Then Jane explains everything she's going to do, and knowing my 'fear', constantly checks I'm ok at every step. It makes such a difference. Thank you.
