Appointments for my children
It must have been an oversight, but I only had the appointment reminder for my son. This was by email and then I got a text, again, reminding me that he had an appointment. Luckily, we were able to get my daughter there, but it was stressful! I’ve checked and triple checked, and there was no appointment for her. Usually, we have them back-to-back, so I do wonder why she didn’t have one! This has never happened before and we have been more than happy with your service and will continue to be so. As I said, I’m sure it was an oversight.
