Emergency appointment

Jane Fostet, my dentist is so gentle, helpful and explains everything very clearly.
I needed to make an emergency appointment and I was given a space between others appointments on the same day.
All the staff at Park Road are friendly, helpful and professional.

Professional and offered good advice

Managed to move my appointment with ease. Received reminder text. Parking available. Warm welcome and went into my appointment on time. Dentist and assistant were professional and offered good advice.

Dental inspection

Jenny provides calm, careful, conscientious and caring dental treatment. Nothing beats the trust this inspires.
I became recently quite alarmed at the prospect that she might be leaving, as it has taken me close on 70 years and several countries to find the perfect dentist. Please look after her!

My experience

I went as a private patient for simple check up, but ended up with some cleaning and cancer oral screening...the dentist said nothing about pricing, while offering the services. I paid more than planned for services I didn't need. Though dentists there know how to treat teeth.

Very pleasant experience

Always a very pleasant experience! From the moment you enter the building, you are welcomed with a smile by staff who know you and make you feel comfortable. Jenny is always a pleasure to see when doing my check up/clean, she does a great job and she also takes the time to have a brief chat and is very interested in you as a person, not just a client.

Happily recommend the practice

The Reception staff are excellent. They are always welcoming and try their hardest to get you an appointment that fits.
I have seen Simon and Jenny over the last 12 months and would happily recommend the practice to family and friends.
