My experience
I have been with Park Road Dental Practice for 30 yrs + and previously the treatment has been excellent. I was appalled yesterday by the treatment I received. I had booked for a four month inspection, clean and polish. I received the inspection but when I asked for a clean and polish all I got was the dentist using an instrument to try to remove plaque from my front teeth without the usual suction and when I requested a polish she reluctantly only did a superficial polish on the outside of my front teeth.
I am still a taxpayer, goodness knows what I now pay for with regard to dental treatment.
I have previously recommended your practice to all my family and friends.
I am seriously considering changing to another dentist if this is the service I will receive in the future.

It's taken me 15+ years to pluck up the courage to visit a dentist, and after 3 appointments with Jenny in a year, I have been so well looked after and sympathetically reassured throughout my time 'in the chair' that I am so much comfortable about going to visit.
