Emergency appointment
Had an emergency appointment yesterday after falling & dislodging my tooth. How kind & considerate everyone was. I was put completely at ease. Even though in this instance my tooth could not be moved as it was embedded in its new position, everything was explained to me. The dentist kindly put a stitch in my lip where the tooth had gone in & left a flap. Thanks to all.

As always Kate is very pleasant, easy to speak to & puts you at ease, explains everything, which leaves you assured that you are receiving the very best treatment. The whole team from reception, dental nurses & the dentists themselves are always polite, welcoming and very professional. Today was my first hygienist appointment in nearly seven years, after a previous painful appointment elsewhere made me too scared to go back to a dentist. Today I was with Olivia and she was honestly fantastic. Caring, , educating without being patronising, reassuring and caused minimal pain. I was hoping to start my cosmetic work, but my gums aren’t good enough yet. Rather than waiting three months for another clean, she’s offered to get me back in six weeks. Superstar, can’t believe I’ve spent all day stressing.
