My experience
Dentist was fine very informative and thorough.
Would be great if the equipment sprayed tepid water through the hose rather than cold when seeing the hygienist. Sometimes can be brutal with the hook and trying to wrench out back teeth during a scale and polish.

My experience
Our appointment was cancelled by the practice on 2 occasions. Our original appointment with the dentist and hygienist was on the 5th November, we had a phone call on the day before to say that the hygienist wasn’t available and the appointment was amended to the 4th December. On the morning of the rearranged appointment we had a phone call to say the dentist was off sick and the appointment has now been rearranged for the 14th January.
