I had a hygiene appointment and a follow up appointment in preparation for my dental implant. I was completely satisfied with both appointments. Both treatments were done with great professionalism and couldn’t be done better. I’m very satisfied indeed and can completely recommend this dental surgery.

Very good reception and seating area. Option to be seen downstairs on certain days is a great help. All staff from reception, hygienists and dentists are. Would recommend them to anyone.

Needed to have a tooth out in emergency, was booked in on the day of calling and seen within 3h (by midday), dentist was very proffesional and took his time with me after I explained I have a crippling fear of the dentist, an hour later the problem tooth was out and I was on my way home recover.
I am a very nervous patient at the dentist but they made feel as calm/comfortable as could be in a very relaxed and proffesional atmosphere

All staff are reassuring
Having had some very poor experiences elsewhere, I made sure to research thoroughly when moving back to Coventry, and picked Styvechale Dental Care based on it's locality and reviews, and I'm so glad I did.
Everyone, from the first moment you walk through the door, actively works to make sure you are comfortable, informed, and know what needs to happen next and what your choices are. I have not had a single instance where any interaction has been less than exemplary, or I have felt like I didn't know what was happening. All staff are reassuring, and I have never felt like they are impatient or dismissive of me.
I couldn't be happier with my choice.

The best dental practice I have ever experienced. From the warm inviting decor, to the staff and customer service provided. I came here as a referral to get a root canal and I left the practice feeling like I'd been on a spa day out! The experience was pain free, even when Dr Tiwana used the needles to numb the area. I was able to watch Netflix whilst the procedure was being completed and throughout I was being checked on. I even received a call the day after to check I wasn't in pain. Customer service is next to none and I'd highly recommend using this practice. If I lived closer, I certainly would be registered here! Every member of staff was friendly and said hello, which really does make a difference.
