Hygienist was thorough

I had an appt with the hygienist at 11am today. Both Hygienist and Assistant were attentive, warm and made me feel comfortable. Hygienist was thorough, and explained everything well.

I don't look forward to my scale and polish but Jay is excellent and puts me at ease. He explains exactly what he is doing and has given me valuable advice. I was pleased to hear he has increased his hours at the surgery since my last visit so it's easier for me to book in with him again.

A permanent repair

A section of a tooth broke off so I was able to obtain an appointment within a week to have it repaired. The dentist and assistant were welcoming and professional and a permanent repair was completed within 15 minutes with no discomfort whatsoever.
