Hi, my rating is for Matt and the nurses on site.
I've had many dentists over the years, some prod, poke and have no sensitivity at all to what the patient is feeling. Not only this most just want to get you out of there as quickly as possible.
Matt on the other hand is fantastic, not only is he gentle, but he really takes the time to explain what he's doing and why he's doing it. His level of care and attention to detail is the best I've ever experienced. I, unfortunately, had a massive chip on my front tooth which made me not want to smile in photos and I was expecting to have to get a veneer or something more drastic. Matt advised that he would be able to cap the very bottom of it and blend it in with the rest of the tooth so it would be unrecognisable. At first, I was dubious and thought this was impossible, and that some sort of line would be seen. But how wrong was I, Matt spent a long time perfecting his work, he really paid attention to how it looked and felt in my mouth. The result is absolutely perfect and completely unrecognisable.
I've now seen Matt for a number of things and every time I leave feeling that he's the best dentist I've had. I won't be changing from him any time soon.
