First I’d like to say when entering the dental surgery you are greeted by a lovely lady on reception who goes out of her way to chat to you why you wait she makes you feel totally at ease and if you have to have follow up treatment she tries her hardest to accommodate you which isn’t always easy, I had a tooth extraction the week before Christmas ,Verity my dentist told me everything that had to be done to remove my nasty broken tooth ,her assistant was reassuring and together they made a great team and I felt totally at ease ,iv not had any soreness or pain in my gum and for that I’m truly grateful well done to you all x

I was nervous beforehand after a painful experience with another dentist.
Aled was great and explained everything, the nurse was reassuring and funny!

Difficult tooth extraction
The receptionist is always very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Mine was an emergency appointment and I ended up having a very difficult tooth extraction which was handled very well by my dentist (Cat/Kat?) and the person assisting her - sorry don’t know her name. They were both very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and checked often that I was ok. Cat/Kat seemed very caring, which helped me a lot during a quite long and difficult procedure. Although I had never met her before, she gained my trust from the start in the way she understood and sympathised with the issue I was describing. Thank you.

Made me feel relaxed
Was feeling nervous but the dentist put me at ease and made me feel relaxed and explained the procedure to me and both dentist and nurse were very friendly.

Lovely Dentist

Pain-free
Saw a new dentist, Matt, who is the first dentist to check the health of my gums and tell me that I need to take action now and explained what I need to be doing.
Pain-free filling which is always a bonus.
