Love the surgery.
Very clean and fresh.
Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Matt is especially great. An asset to the surgery. He explained procedures and timings so I was very well informed.
The only small niggle I have is that whilst I was having procedures done, the room I was being treated in was very busy with staff in and out.
I was having a cosmetic treatment and was very much embarrassed of how my teeth looked so this experience wasn’t particularly pleasant. This wasn’t enough to downgrade the overall service though.

The best customer care
I have been in the practice from the start, I have always found the service to be good.
I phoned in to cancel some work and received the best customer care from the receptionist that I can recall.
I felt on my last visit that the advice given was accurate to what I needed to know and required.
