An impressive practice
This was my first appointment and I immediately felt a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful while being totally professional. During my consultation the dentist openly discussed all with me and options of treatment. Future appointments were agreed again after considering options.

Very kind and knowledgeable
Aled, the Dentist was very kind and knowledgeable. I explained my problem, and could tell that he understood what I had said. He examined me thoroughly, then took and xray. Aled said that we could exclude and dental problem for my symptoms, which is what I needed to know. He also provided me with a copy of my xray for my Oncologist.

Can't fault the service & care
I was so anxious before my appointment but the staff made me feel at ease & really looked after me which I have never experienced with other dentists that I have been to. Really grateful to Iwan. Thank you to the lovely team for making me feel comfortable & reassuring me, can't fault the service & care that I received.

Seen promptly by dentist. Usual professional but friendly manner from all staff. My partner is a very nervous patient so the 15 wait between appointments to see the hygienist was stressful. Hygienist was very efficient and scale and polish was only slightly uncomfortable. Useful advice given.
