My experience

The dentist was friendly and kept apologising. From what I can tell she has done a very good job. At previous dentists I been offered to swill out my mouth at various points. This didn't happen ans I feel like I've swallowed a lot of rubbish. I also walked out with bits stuck to my lips which I didn't notice until I got home. The dentist did not go through the costs of this or the next procedure so I asked at reception. I received a receipt but I'd like to have also received an itemised bill. I know I've paid for a filling and I think cleaning by the dentist but I don't know the break down nor do I know whether I still have a hygienist appointment within my plan. I also paid half for my first check- up does this mean I still have half a check-up available? I was a little shaken-up after my appointment (which took longer than I was expecting) and didn't think to ask all these questions.
