Simply amazing

I have a huge history of challenges with my teeth which literally started before I was two, so my view of dental work is nothing short of terrifying. When I moved to the area and booked in the lovely team went through all my history and were just so understanding and caring. A solution was also brought forward that would allow me to smile openly for the first time in over 25 years.. and as my confidence in the team was so high I agreed to the work. On the day they ensured I was OK from the moment Sara greeted me as I walked in to Karen coming to find me and checking in on me before I left. Alexandra was simply amazing, methodical, caring and communicative. She assured me every step of the way and took time to explain each step so I knew what was happening and was less afraid.. and the lovely Ffion who was assisting and training was just so kind. Never thought I would share such a positive review on something that has frightened me my whole life… brilliant team!

Lovely receptionist

Nia is always very thorough in her check up and always approachable.
The other thing that stood out for me was the receptionist - what a lovely pleasant person.

Nia, my dentist, is always extremely professional and approachable. Nia has a friendly, calm approach and always explains and talks through everything she’s doing to put you at ease.

I couldn’t wish for a better dentist

First rate. Matthew used pure diligence and care when attending to me. I couldn’t wish for a better dentist. His dental nurse checked regularly with me that I was ok. Receptionist was friendly but still professional.
