Quick, efficient and friendly, I'm quite a nervous person at the dentist but Matt, the dentist and Elaine, the dental nurse were chatty, put me at ease and made the whole experience straightforward.

Nia and her assistant are always brilliant! They are polite, respectful and we always have a funny story!
The teeth inspection is meticulously performed, with appropriate advice given. Marvellous!

Llandeilo Road Dental Surgery

Didn't expect to pay for a prescription (Antibiotics) seeing that I already pay monthly on Denplan plus I thought prescriptions are free anyway in Wales.

I'm sorry you weren't aware that you would have to pay for a prescription. Our plan brochure clearly states that prescriptions are not included in our monthly plans. NHS prescriptions are free in Wales, but patients treated under private contract are not eligible for NHS prescriptions. Should you wish to discuss this further, please do contact me at the practice.
