My experience
Disappointed at the lack of concern regarding ongoing problem with my tooth/gum.
I would also like to point out that although I was initially appointed to Aled as my dentist, it has been several years since I was examined by him, and have seen a few different dentists in the practice, lacking continuity of care.

Again the staff were most courteous and genteel, I had admired the work of the previous incumbent but Alexandria's wizardry took dental artistry into a different realm. The procedure was painless and relaxed, I almost fell asleep twice aided by Alexandria's comforting demeanour. When I arrived I had a shoulder injury and slight sciatica due to trauma to my fifth lumbar vertebra but incredulously , miraculously when I arose, the pain, discomfort and tension had vanished. I know!!
Plus when I added a profile pic to a new dating app, the response has been electrifying, I've been inundated with avid, predaceous prospects. Today has been a pivotal point in my destiny and evolution.
Thanks again to everyone who made this possible, from the janitor to the manager.🙏

It is rare that you come across such conscientious & professional service these days. I cannot fault Sara in helping to organise an appointment for me at short notice. Nothing was a problem & she communicated with me at every step.She is a really genuine person who strives to make a difference.
Matthew was also very professional & listened, explained the process and made me feel at ease.
