Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere
Always friendly and welcoming staff with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere but being a little anxious I would appreciate it if the dentist could inform me of a procedure before commencing so that I can mentally prepare.

Brilliant practice
Everyone at the practice makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. My appointment today was with Simeon and for a patient that’s nervous, he along with his assistant were brilliant, I was made to feel calm and relaxed throughout my procedure, brilliant practice, I highly recommend it.

Very impressed
For the first time since we joined the practice, I got a thorough examination, then a full explanation of the work which needed doing and the first time my teeth were thoroughly cleaned by the dentist since we joined the practice. I was very impressed with my dentist.

Llandeilo Road Dental Surgery
My dentist today was professional, friendly and thorough.
Although I was disappointed to learn that my previous dentist who carried out two root canals last year didn’t correctly administer the treatment/procedure as I’m still having ongoing issues with these two teeth, this was brought to my attention today in my appointment. This now means that I have to take additional time off work to attend future appointments that could’ve been avoided.

Consistency of genuine care
The consistency of genuine care from Cat has been a breath of fresh air after to be honest not the best care and service from the previous 2 dentists at the practice, my 3 visits with Cat have been exemplary, the assistants/ dental nurses have also been excellent on each occasion. A mention too for especially Sara and also Lowri on reception as they are and always have been accommodating, courteous and caring.
