Always reassured and made to feel at ease

Every visit I'm greeted with friendly staff which puts me at ease because I do get quite nervous.
I also ask a lot of questions once in the room and I am always reassured and made to feel at ease.

My experience

I had to see a different dentist - again - after being told that Alex would be my dentist on my last visit. I found Simeon to be quite abrupt in his manner and felt sorry for the dental nurse who was working with him. The teeth cleaning that I had done wasn’t explained to me and was really uncomfortable. I wasn’t offered a break halfway through - just told “the bottom teeth aren’t quite as bad, so won’t take as long”. I sat up with blood over my face, not even an offer to rinse my mouth. Thank you to the nurse though who handed me a tissue.

I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with you last visit with us. Dr Alexandra Davies no longer works at the practice and this is why you have changed dentists. This is unfortunately was out of our control. A scale and polish can often be uncomfortable but I have passed on your comments to the dentist.
