Reassuring, explained every step
I am an extremely nervous dental person. I recently attended for my bridge prep with Mr Heum. As always he was very reassuring, explained every step of the treatment to me and then asked if it was ok to continue. I felt at ease and the treatment was carried out painlessly. He kept my mind occupied with various conversations, which I found very helpful.
