Large but friendly and efficient dental clinic.

Moved region during covid and didn't change dentist.
Finally forced in to sorting it only to find all NHS dental waiting lists were 3-5 years, so, it would have to be go private.

My nearest private dentist would take 4 weeks to get an appointment.

I knew I needed work on an old filling in a broken tooth and a good clean.
Got the initial exam and the work that needed doing all completed within 4 days and using the basic dental care plan it was fairly competitively priced.

Being recommended to do stick to just the essential issues with a basic fix on an awkward molar sounded less paintful or problematic than my previous dentist's long-term plan to replace the filling.

Always provide first class service. Staffs are nice and friendly. Very happy with my dentist.

I have been a patient at Church View Dental Practice for over 20 years. The practice goes from strength to strength. Booking an appointment is straightforward and I am always seen on time. When I first started visiting the practice I lived nearby, I have moved house several times and now live some considerable distance away but because of the trust and confidence I have in the practice and all the people who work there I have no reason to find anywhere nearer to home.
I have a small jaw line and my bite meant my top teeth met the bottom ones which has caused damage to my upper front teeth.
In March this year I commenced the Invisalign treatment programme to correct my bite and prevent further damage to my front teeth. I opted for composite bonding and whitening to protect my teeth from further damage and to compliment the work. My dentist, Dr Katie Stead, explained the process and delivered the treatment to the highest standard. I am delighted with the results which have made difference to my smile.

My appointment was for the hygienist. She was professional but friendly. I do not like hygienist appointments but she is aware of this (I have very sensitive gums) but she is very kind and very considerate and keeps stopping for me to take a breather. She is lovely.

Clinically very good, but either the admin team or system needs a review. Had to prompt I was overdue a review as this was not sent to me, could not book dentist and hygienist on same day, then booked in with wrong dentist.

Care shown to a patient and x-ray explained clearly what the problem is. A plan for future appointments was explained.

Harriet is amazing at her job, she tells me everything she’s going to do and respects the things I’m not keen on with the X-ray thing they put in your mouth, the staff are amazing people and make you feel at e.ase
