Katie is always very friendly and helpful! My little girl is 3 and has never been scared of going to the dentist as it’s always been made to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience for her. I won’t go to any other dentist!

Thorough, painless and successful
My appointment details were clear, backed up by an e-mail reminder. At the Surgery there was a comfortable and relaxing waiting area, although the wait was quite brief. Reception was friendly and reassuring. The Dental team took good care to do a thorough job, giving me appropriate feedback. After a short delay, my teeth were then carefully cleaned by the hygienist, in a different room. Again feedback was provided, and reassurance that I would be called in again in six months. Overall, thorough, painless and successful, in a spotless, modern and very friendly environment.

At my previous appointment, I experienced some pain when the water machine was used. This is more to do with the sensitivity of my teeth and the practitioner remembered this issue. She offered an alternative of scraping by manual means instead, which I was very pleased to accept. I also found her advice on interdental cleaning at home very useful. This concerned which type of interdental tool to use etc.
