My experience
I would have left 5 stars as the actual treatment was excellent. I am quite disappointed at the initial problem with getting an appointment. My filling came out and left a sharp and gaping hole. Because of a lack of pain, I was not offered an emergency appointment and may have had to wait 3 weeks. I pay monthly for the treatment plan and have had 1 appointment in the last 3 years, because of covid and also because as an NHS employee I realise the strain that the NHS has been under and found it wasn’t necessary to come more often. I now feel it necessary to show my disappointment with the service I received. Having said that, the dentist I saw, not my usual one, was very professional and helpful and the treatment was definitely 5 star.

I’ll never leave your care
I’m lucky to be under the care of the most professional people I’ve ever met, as well as feeling at ease by the personal touches of each of you, the facilities have improved since the move and I’m with a dentist at the moment (H Long) that I hope will continue to look after my teeth until she retires or they all fall out, I’m a little nervous surrendering control of my face to strangers but not her she feels like the big/little sister I never had, great team, great treatment, great facilities, and I’ll never leave your care.
