Calm and patient approach
As a customer who until recently has been terrified of visiting the dentist due to experiences from many years ago, I can honestly say that visiting Harriet has changed how I feel with her calm and patient approach when taking my tooth out and on my subsequent visit for my check up.
I will now be utilising my plan fully with Harriet’s help.

Emergency appointment
Very pleased with prompt service after breaking a tooth, although you were unable to accommodate me on the actual date of the breakage, you did manage to fit me in the following day. Also, on my request, you gave me a permanent repair rather than a temporary fix, even though it was actually only an emergency appointment, for which I was extremely grateful.

Thoroughly engaging and charming
Following a very negative, quite traumatic dental experience recently at another practice, I made an appointment to have my options reviewed at Church View. I was treated with the utmost respect and professional diligence. I now have options to consider , was not pressured at all and enjoyed a most positive visit. Marcus Green and his nurse were thoroughly engaging and charming ,making this visit an (almost) pleasure.

Excellent
Both Katie as the dentist and Rachel as the hygienist were again very warm, friendly and efficient. The appointments were thorough and not rushed. There is always good consultation as to any possible treatment needed now or in the future, and I feel thoroughly confident in the advice given. The whole atmosphere at the practice including the reception staff is excellent.
