Hygienist appointment

The appointment was offered at short notice by the practice due to staff changes, so I was squeezed in to maintain the quarterly schedule of hygiene visits. Very satisfied with the treatment and advice offered.

The Dentist was caring

As always the practice is very friendly and I always use this practice. The Dentist was caring and very helpful and informative as was the hygienist. Lovely air con too.

Staff are all so welcoming

As always, our visit was successful. The staff are all so welcoming to everyone - and never fail to sort out any problems. Today I also witnessed the help given to someone with sight problems.

I will not go anywhere else

As I have a fear of dentists I will not go anywhere else due to everyone making me feel more comfortable and being very helpful with my fear, treatment is always carried out with empathy.

I was greeted with a smile

On arrival at reception I was greeted with a smile and acknowledgment straight away. I was then greeted with another staff member who was also very welcoming and took me to the Dentist. Again Marcus was very welcoming as usual.
