Had some shooting pains on the right side of my face. Needed to check that I didn’t have a problem with a tooth. Dentist checked my teeth and could not find a problem. Suggested having a night guard making and fitting as it is possible pain from clenching or grinding.

Went in for a routine checkup. As usual, I was greeted by Mr Heum and escorted to the treatment room. He advised carefully on a concern I had and I was reassured. The atmosphere at the practice is always friendly and the facilities are very smart.

Staff are wonderful

It was lovely to return to my dentist today. The staff are wonderful.

I never feel hurried

I received focussed and sensitive treatment from Mrs Heum - as always. She took pains to explain the options I might take up to resolve outstanding issues re my denture. I never feel hurried at Church View. My visit was compromised this time by the fact that I had developed a cold sore...this complication was managed reasonably with due regard to both practice colleagues and client.

Emergency consultation

Having not been to any dentist for nearly 40 years l was forced into it by excruciating pain...the dentist Katie Reed could see l was very nervous but she made it seem all so simple with her explanations of the treatment needed...made me realise that it was the best way forward...already booked my next appointment.

I have been a patient at Church View for over 17 years. The service is excellent and all the staff are lovely, would definitely recommend them. I have a 250 mile round trip these days but would not consider going anywhere else.
