Root Canal treatment is never pleasant, but I love my dentist. Katie makes me feel at ease and I'm confident she can handle what needs to be done. The whole team at the surgery are always super helpful and are always pleasant and friendly to deal with.

It's a friendly environment. Everyone tries to put you at ease. I am a nervous patient but would not want to go anywhere else. The new building is very pleasant.

My treatment was for a check up, for my dentures. The dentist was very good at explaining what was going on, and what my options were. My only quibble would be about the costs involved. They were only divulged at the end of the process, rather than at the start.

Recent appointment
I had an ulcer on my tongue and it was still there after the usual 2 weeks so I phoned for an appointment and Katie agreed to see me at 1pm that day. After looking in my mouth she seemed pretty certain it was just an ulcer and nothing more serious. She also said my back tooth had broken and that the tooth was catching my tongue so she filled it there and then. It all took no longer than 15 minutes. And there was no charge!
