Everything was explained

I had a face trauma recently and lost 2 maybe 3 teeth. My current dentist at a different practice was not much help. I referred myself after speaking to current patients of this practice. I opted to see a specialist for some dental implants.
On arrival I was made to feel welcome. No annoying forms to sign, on a dirty clipboard. Comfy waiting area. At my appointment the treatment room was large enough not to feel cramped. Its was clean and inviting. The consultant sat next to me and listened to me from start to finish, rather than stood behind me with a face in the computer. This made me more relaxed and the feel of being welcomed into the practice.
Everything was explained in a way I could understand and I left feeling hopeful. I am so glad I decided to use this practice and I will definitely be using them for the further treatment that I require. Thank you to all.

What's not to like!

I enjoyed another visit to see Mrs Heum for an examination and hygienist Rachel Bennett for a scale and polish. I was made to feel very welcome and was seen on time for both treatments. It was the first time I had seen Rachel and she was so lovely and welcoming it was a pleasure and my teeth had that smooth clean feeling that only a professional treatment can provide.

Lost crown and lost filling.

The filling was replaced but with no guarantee of it holding. The crown was refitted but came out later that day. I was warned that it probably would not stay. I was not charged for either but will have to return for more treatment. As always, I am happy with the treatment I received.

The dreaded check up

As always I was welcomed with a friendly smile. The waiting area and entire practice was clean and still practised cautions over covid which I approve of. Staff. Facilities, everything 10/10.
