After many early years of bad dental experiences, my faith in the dental profession was restored by Marina some 25± years ago. Courteous, and very attentive at all times. My latest appointment followed the normal pattern. Keep it up Church View ! Parking, of course is a minor problem.

I have been a patient with the Heums for many years, always under the care of Marina Heum. I have always had the best of professional care from Marina, her clinical assistants and dental hygenists.
On this most recent appointment my experience was again second to none.
For the last 7yrs I have suffered chronic depression. I am now well again, but the support and caring attitude provided when attending appointments has been an integral part of my eventual recovery.
The welcoming attitude of the reception staff always calms what for some people can be a formidable experience. The covid situation has in my mind been handled so professionally by all the staff.
My only wish now is that the patient toilets can be available once again, due to my chronic urological problems.

I was really nervous before my first ever visit. The reception staff were really nice polite and very friendly. l had a consultation with Mr O' Reilly who put me at ease within minutes. He was friendly and chatty which helped my nerves. He also informed me about my treatment plan explaining what to expect on the following visits. He also had a lovely clinic assistant who was also very nice. l am more than happy how my appointment went and would highly recommend the practice to anybody.

My visit today ( 12/4) was with the Hygienist, I was put at ease immediately. I was still very nervous throughout and was reassured through the procedure. Again I would recommend the practice to anybody searching for future treatment.

My visit today was with Joseph and his clinic assistant Sarah both were very friendly and reassuring and I was greeted with a smile. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received from booking my first appointment to the treatment plan which Joseph made for me. Every care and consideration has been made on every visit. I would highly recommend Church View Dental Care to anybody needing dental work. All my appointments have been made to suit my schedule.

My visit was as friendly and relaxed as previous ones. Nice waiting room friendly reception staff. Joseph explained everything about the next few visits and what to expect...Sarah was very efficient and also friendly. l don't have any qualms about recommending Church View Dental Care whatsoever.

My visit today was to see a new member of the Hygienist team called Catherine Ackroyd. She was very professional and calming and talked about what she was doing at each stage and also came up with a plan for future visits. l will definately be going back to see her and will recommend her to other patients.

Again no problems..Polite friendly reception. Dental practitioner worked out an easier plan to suit my circumstances. My appointment was on time and l came away knowing when my next visit was booked.

Todays visit was as pleasant as the previous..so no problems at all.

After another visit today I was more than happy with everything. Mr O'Reilly and his clinic nurse Sarah were very professiinal and caring.
The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. no problems or improvements needed.

Friendly and efficient.

I asked to book an appointment as I am bound for holiday soon but they could not fit me in. They put me on a cancelation list, I only waited a couple of days and I was seen and sorted.
What is better than that.

Once again appointments for both Margaret and I today were handled in a very professional and friendly manner

It was for a 6 monthly dental and hygienist check up which was carried out painlessly and very professionally [as usual].

The new building is bright and welcoming with spacious waiting room and feels Covid secure. The reception staff are most helpful and try to provide earliest possible appointments for urgent problems. The Team of dentists take time to explain procedures and provide a first class service.

I would recommend Katie Stead and her colleagues to anyone. She puts me ay ease, talks me through everything and seeks my approval before she starts.

I have been a patient at Church View Dental care for 20+ years. I have always received relaxing professional care with every stage of treatment discussed and explained fully with me, I feel safe in their care, and would highly recommend them.
The lovely new premises is modern light and airy, up to date, nice atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff.

I think you should help more were pensioners can't afford to pay to have their teeth made to look better apart from that my dentist is great .
