Emergency appointment
I called into the surgery to ask about a check on what I thought was a problem with a filling or chipped tooth. It wasn't possible for me to see Tony, my usual dentist ... but an appointment was fixed with Harriet who was really helpful and completed a temporary repair.
As always, every effort was made to help me - just as I expected!

Crown fit
I was very anxious about having my first crown done. And also concerned about the cost.
Mr Heum talked me through the process and was very understanding of my fears as he did the worse of the drilling. He and the dental nurse
were very calming and patient, letting me stop the drilling for a swallow and a deep breath. The process wasn’t half as bad as I’d feared. The temporary crown wasn’t a problem at all, and when a week later the actual crown was fitted it was so simple. The crown itself is just like a perfect tooth, this little thing seems to have made such a difference to my whole smile. How it’s been made has improved my lower jaw, a gap has been closed and it’s as it my teeth are straighter. It’s given my mouth it’s ‘mojo’ back!
I am so impressed! You get what you pay for! Thank you Mr Heum and the lovely dental nurse who was really good at her job!

My first appointment
I have just moved my dental care away from an NHS dentist, who is only offering treatment on an emergency basis and estimates that it could be beyond April before this will change. We were recommended to Church View Dental Care and the difference in approach, at our first appointment, was very reassuring. I have not had any treatment yet but feel optimistic about their high standards being maintained where it really matters.
