Church View Dental Care

I am really pleased I moved to this practice. My treatment with my dentist, hygienist, and J (for my new part denture) have all made me quite sure that I have made the right choice choosing Church View Dental Care. Much thanks to everyone for very positive, pleasant and caring experiences.

I've been using church view dental care for 18+ years and have always been highly satisfied with them. It makes a big difference having the same dentist all that time too.
The surgery is very clean, though the new premises, to which they had to move when Wetherspoons opened up on their previous site, is nothing like as cosy and welcoming, unfortunately. There's no TV to keep waiting patients entertained for example.
I understand that there are no magazines, as part of covid controls, but for a private practice, I had expected more than what the new site offers.
I was a little disappointed with my latest check-up visit. I was made to wait almost 20 minutes (it was an early morning appointment) and they felt very rushed as the dentist was already running behind. It wasn't the dentist's fault though, apparently, another patient had been squeezed in before my appointment. I felt I should have been told about this whilst waiting in the (unentertaining) waiting area, out of courtesy. And I felt that my appointment shouldn't have been so rushed. It wasn't like my bill was halved to match the reduction in time spent in the chair!
If this is my only gripe after being with Church View for all this time, they are not doing badly at all. They are great and I'd recommend them. This must have been an exceptional situation that I found myself in.

Apart from ensuring First class treatment .Mr Heum and his staff are kind and caring ,everyone is so helpful and very efficient.

Really good place and good staff, got me in for an emergency appointment, and again for a follow-up appointment. I would definitely recommend this practice.
