The staff were efficient and friendly as ever. Again, my only criticism is the lack of coat hooks in the consulting rooms. I have mentioned this before and was told it was because of Covid. However, I do not see the difference in hanging my coat on a hook or having to leave it on the floor which, in my opinion, is even more unhygienic. You have a lovely new surgery but patients have to resort to leaving their belongings on the floor?

Hi Linden thank yo for taking the time to review our practice, we are currently asking patients to place their belongings in plastic baskets which are sanitised after each use, hopefully we can bring back the coat hooks before your next visit!

Abnormal appointment
This appointment was a semi-emergency as I had a piece of tooth broken off, although not painful. I was seen quite quickly and a remedy agreed. I have 2 further appointments to carry out repairs.

Hi Christine thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on our service, I have asked our dentist Harriett and our reception team to look into the delays you experienced and they will be in touch.
Following extraction dry socket/infection gave lots of pain.
Practice was able to see me the day I phoned asking for assistance. Which was essential due to the pain I was having.
Unfortunately dentist did not feel it was appropriate to provide antibiotics and I am still in significant pain 36 hours later.
I do appreciate that I am a new patient and they dentist has yet to build case history for me.
