Recent experience
Arrived just before my appointment time. Receptionist friendly and took my temperature as I had been informed and would do on a previous email. Called in to see the hygienist within around 5 minutes. My teeth and gums were dealt with as usual and the appointment was over and I left the premises. I would prefer that the toilet facilities were available now. The walk to the dentist takes 30 minutes and then I have to walk home. A long time for many elderly people.

Lovely caring staff.
My dentist made my 2 daughters aged 5 and 2 feel totally at ease during our routine check up. She then went out of her way at the end to find stickers for them which put an even bigger smile on their faces as well as mine.

Treat you with kindness
I have been a patient for 25 years of Tony Heum and his team. Everyone from the reception staff, hygienists, nurses and the man himself treat you with kindness and put you at ease to make the trip to the dentist as an enjoyable visit as possible.

I absolutely have always dreaded my dental appts until I met Katie at Church View practice. If you are scared of the dentist you need to book in to see her. Amazing dentist and I cant recommend her highly enough.

Staff are very friendly, my dentist gave good helpful advice to look after my teeth, there is also plenty of parking close by just a short walk from their premises. It is always a painless experience, I have been going to them since 2000 no reason to change.

My appointment was 50 mins late, staff eventually got back to myself and another person waiting, apologised about our wait.
Eventually when I got seen I was out in 10 mins.
