A pleasant experience

I only had a few minutes to wait before being seen by Mrs. Heum, who I always find warm and professional. My treatment did not take long and, as always, I almost enjoy my trips to the dentist.

Implants

I have been receiving implants from Tony and I am in the final stages of treatment. I’ve never had to wait and the staff are friendly/ helpful. Premises custom built and spotless. I’ve had tooth bonding which is amazing. I’m very happy with the level of service to this point and look forward to finally seeing the end result.

This was my first visit to this dentist. I used to be with the NHS but they couldn't do the work. I am amazed at the difference in quality of the work. Also they did work on my teeth that I thought wasn't possible. My confidence in myself has improved because I am not conscious of how my teeth look. I am delighted. Even the cleaning of my teeth was superior. I wish I had gone to see them sooner.

Always made to feel at ease. Explanations given along the way to explain what is happening and to make sure I am not feeling any pain. Corrected a front tooth that was discoloured - looks so much better now.
Receptionists always helpful and friendly and responds to emergencies quickly.

Very quick and thorough response

I was offered an appointment on the day I phoned the Practice, since I had an urgent problem. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival - the issue was investigated and a treatment plan formed. Follow up appointments were rapidly organised. Very quick and thorough response.
