A large filling had cracked and broken and a repair was necessary. The work was carried out by Dr Handa as Dr Heum was unavailable. The work carried out was excellent and I am delighted with the result. Many thanks to her and to her assistant.

Great experience (as far as dental visit can be)
Very impressed with this practice and all the staff there. I’m a fairly new patient and have only known pandemic visits. It’s COVID safe without being scary and everyone I’ve seen has made my visits pleasant (even the extraction visit).

Very quick and effective
I had broken a tooth on the Friday and managed to get an appointment with Katie on the following Monday morning.
Katie was able to repair/fill the tooth at that appointment.
All done, very quick and effective.
As the first shot of Anaesthetic didn’t work fully Katie gave me a second dose, and also explained how the nerves in the lower jaw differ from those in the upper. Personally, this helped. I felt better able to understand the treatment and any discomfort.

Booked an appointment for around 4:45 and then got a phonemail back a couple of minutes later to ask if it could be moved to 5:10 as it was more convenient for them (dentist), not really a problem but why book me in for one time and then change your mind? I was then disappointed when I went for my appointment, as you were then running 10 minutes late after changing my appointment already! To then make matters even worse, I was only in with the dentist for no more than 5 minutes and still expected to pay £45! I think it is disgusting! If you're going to charge £45 for an appointment, at least make it worthwhile!

I have an absolute phobia of dentists. However I have been going to this dentist a long time. The staff are incredible and when I get my dental treatment they put me at ease and make sure I am ok.
