This is the first time I have been to the surgery and was very pleased with the outcome of my consultation and looking forward to my teeth being sorted and the staff were very friendly too.

Professional, lovely, efficient
I came to get my back wisdom tooth out. I was very nervous. The reception staff was amazing at making me feel calm and very friendly. The dentist was amazing too. Very professional, lovely, efficient and kind about my nerves. I would recommend this dentist and service. Thank you.

Implant Placement
I recently visited the Dental Surgery for an Implant Placement. The reception staff were friendly and helpful as usual. Their approachability permitted a conversation which helped put me at ease. The procedure itself was undertaken by Mr Heum who was as professional as ever. He explained the process and introduced me to the dental assistants who were to assist him. I was provided with written Post Operative instructions which have acted as a useful reference once I got home.

Always feel Covid-safe
Easy check-in where my temperature was taken. Didn’t wait too long to see the dentist (Mrs Heum) who is lovely. I felt that I waited a long time between seeing the dentist and seeing the hygienist -so long that I thought they had forgotten about me. The hygienist was also lovely when I eventually saw her. Overall a good experience. They look after my teeth very well and I always feel Covid-safe on my visits (I’m 73).
