Friendly and helpful staff

I found my appointment to go very smoothly with friendly and helpful staff talking me through each stage of the appointment. I was dealt with professionally and respectfully throughout.

The team are lovely

Being a very very nervous dental patient I’m always happy and relieved to leave with no issues!! Marina and the team are lovely and make me feel at ease.
However the real test will be IF I ever do have issues!!!

Emergency appointment

Having broken a tooth, I phoned the practice. My needs were thoroughly assessed and I was offered an early, convenient appointment. I received a friendly and efficient welcome on arrival at the practice; appropriate covid provisions were in place. I was seen on time and, again, received a friendly welcome from both nurse and dentist. A temporary filling was applied and I was offered options for a longer-term solution, the pros and cons and cost of each being outlined and there being sufficient opportunity to discuss each. The costs were reasonable and I was guided towards one of the cheaper options. I was able to make a convenient appointment for the follow-up treatment before leaving. I have been with the practice for many years and stayed with them even after moving away from the area because they have looked after me so well.

Really good as always

I didn't have to wait long. I noticed info on the digital screen whilst in the waiting room but in between seeing the dentist and seeing the hygienist. Would be good if there was a connection to this (for example: the dentist asks you if you've seen the latest information on the digital screen). I would have liked to have spoken to my dentist about the aligner advertised on the screen but I had already had my appointment. Otherwise, everything was really good as always!

My early years left me with a dental phobia, I met Katie Stead about 5 years ago (I am now 62yrs) and since then my dental experiences have improved. Katie is an excellent dentist but more importantly, she is calm and patient.
