Extremely friendly and helpful

Very clean and comfortable waiting area (although I did prefer the old venue!). Not keen on the surgeries coming off a long corridor (a bit clinical) but nothing can be done about that but all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and that's the main thing.

Dental appointment

At the risk of creating an oxymoron, I am pleased to say that my visit to the dentist (Anthony Heum) was pleasurable. It was comforting to know that my treatment, and my personal experience so far, has been as described from the outset. My scan, and its results today, was explained in layman terms and built onto the confidence I already had in Mr Heum. My treatment is relatively expensive, but the care I have received during my visits has made me feel that I am getting a 'personal' service that is commensurate.

Went to church view dental after having bad experiences with my previous nhs dentist.
Katie is a fab dentist, put me at ease and drew up a plan of treatment needed.
Almost at the end of my treatment plan now, really pleased with the work I’ve had done.

Super service as always. Everyone is very friendly and unhurried. Everything I needed to know was explained in full in, language that was easy to follow/understand. Every time I visit the surgery I feel I learn more about my teeth and oral hygiene.
