My first visit to Church View Dental Care. I was very impressed with the care taken by all the staff. Everything was explained clearly to me about what actions need to be taken and why.

Treatment for a dry socket following a wisdom tooth extraction at an emergency dentist.

Everything was on time and very efficient, was happy with the dentist and had some helpful advice, the hygenist was very thorough and did a good job of cleaning my teeth, was completely happy with my appointment.

Such a great, professional bunch of people who are a delight to visit every six months - how many times would you ever hear anyone say they look forward to visiting their dentist? I never thought I would when I was younger but honestly these guys are the best!

Service was excellent, completely feels safe all Covid guidelines were followed. Highly recommended.

Happy with all aspects of my recent appointment.

I was happy that I was seen punctually and the service and advice which I received from both my dentist and hygienist was excellent.

The receptionist greeted me in a friendly way and gave clear instructions re Covid. Took my temperature and gave me a plastic bag for my handbag to go in to stop any cross contamination.
Mr Heum gave me a thorough check up, he always gives a good check of the month and tongue as well to make sure there are no dodgy things going on. He repaired a broken filling immediately ( such a bonus! When time is precious it’s difficult having to go back again) he also took X-rays which he does when they are due. He also chatted and asked about my health and family. It’s so good to feel at ease with a trusted dentist!
The hygienist was very thorough, she did it all with hand tools instead of the water blaster which I really don’t like, the water spray makes me panic as I struggle to breath . She may not be using the water because of Covid I’m not sure. She meticulously cleaned every tooth and gave them a good polish, they felt great afterwards. She was friendly and gentle towards me in her manner ( very much appreciated, I need a bit of reassurance).
I do dread going to the dentist but I had a very pleasant visit ... thank you!
