Fully Covid safe

Visited the practice for a check up and to see the hygienist. Fully Covid safe. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Mr Heum came to the waiting area for me and gave me a check up before seeing the hygienist.
Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she was absolutely great. Never had a bad experience at Church View and certainly do not dread going to the dentist.

6-Monthly Dental Inspection and Dental Hygenist

Today, Wednesday 12th May 2021 was my first visit to the new Church View Dental Surgery Practice on Church Lane to have my 6-monthly Dental Inspection with Dr Marcus Green, and a visit to the Dental Hygienist, Lisa. I very much like the layout and corporate decoration.
The standard of the Dental Treatment was, as usual, excellent.

Exceptionally well organised

Exceptionally well organised in terms of staff and patient safety.
As always, a very good experience, from being greeted on arrival, whilst in the treatment room and during check out. Cannot fault the friendly and professional team. I walked out with a smile!

Recent appointment

Appointment was for 11:20 but waited 15 minutes before being called in, not such an issue but you ask patients to turn up on time of appointment only so not to crowd the waiting areas, we adhere to this, only to wait, creating a problem with social distancing.
