First visit to the new premises. Reception, meet and greet was very professional. Clear instruction as to how the visit would be conducted. Plenty of social distance space when waiting. Service hasn’t changed - still 100% in everything they do. Exceptional.

We felt safe

The check-in process was very clear and simple. We felt safe (Covid19). Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable. The dentist and assistant were friendly, informative and reassuring during the visit.

We most annoyed that we were 15 mins late seeing the dentist. We had an 8.30 appointment. How could they be running that late at that time. Receptionist should have made us aware when we arrived.

From entering reception at Church View dental Surgery and giving my name, whatever treatment I am going to have the quiet efficiency is what I find relaxing. Marcus and his Dental Nurse carry out my treatment in a professional and friendly manner, nobody likes a visit to the Dentist but I try to make it as fun as possible.
